Through my experience within project management and development I am here to assist in parts or the full journey of designing and scaling your organization’s projects for sustainable impact. Taking offset in a solid understanding of your organization, strategy and the ambitions and goals you want to reach, I will co-develop solutions and structures to build and strengthen your impact and reach, investigating your unique position for societal value generation and thus potential financial market options, opportunities within social impact and empowerment and local project ownership anchoring.

Through my experience working directly with developing and scaling conservation impact projects, I understand the fundamental link and interdependencies between social and nature, and thus respect for local communities and the integration and empowerment of its members are always at the core of my approach.

  • Sustainability topics will be prioritized based on their relevancy to your business and your business’ impact on the topics (the double materiality approach). A horizon scan will be carried out to benchmark your business against industry best-practices & emerging trends.

  • I provide assistance with structuring your business’ sustainability report and which sustainability insights and data to highlight, ensuring it aligns with best-practice reporting standards.

From my four years of strategic management consulting, I’ve shaped sustainability strategies and insights for various large Danish companies and Private Equity firms, catalyzing transformative change towards sustainability. With nearly 2 years of project management experience in a startup within plastic waste collection & recycling I hold a profound understanding of how to design, build, and manage successful and impactful projects, mapping risks and opportunities to create “business value” and scalability, and why and how to anchor ownership and empowerment locally.
